FUNDING CRITERIA

Your application should:

• Be on the organization's letterhead
• Not exceed 4 pages in length
• BE SENT BY MAIL - applications are not accepted if sent by:
  • fax
  • email
  • form letters
  • mass solicitations (mass mailings)
  • phone inquiries
• Include a brief description of the organization's history, purpose and the scope of its activities
• Include a brief description of the proposal initiative and the problem it seeks to address, including what the project specifically will accomplish
• A preliminary evaluation plan for the project
• The amount and duration of the grant request and a summary budget for the project
• The organization's charitable registration number
• A list of other sources of funding or pending applications
